Then make sure the water hose isn’t disconnected, because it won’t do much more than keep the current bucket of ice cold if it can’t get water to make more ice. I thought the freezer had a defroster in it. The defroster may not be working, which means the ice is building up. That I’d know for sure. Or the ice in the tube is so thick it can’t get melted by the freezer defrosting heater; after all, it is only going to melt ice on the bottom of most freezers.
